Here is a field trip of the Cosmos Research Center to the Cal Tech Owens Valley Radio Telescope near Bishop, California. We got to climb up the telescope through the base and all the way up into the dish, and even higher. It was cold, so we also got a chance to play in the snow in the nearby mountains.
